Catholics Returning Home
Thank you for inquiring about Catholics Returning Home and considering returning to your Catholic faith. No matter how long you have been away, for whatever reason, we invite you to renew your relationship with the Catholic Church. Please consider attending a series of informal sessions where you can get answers to your questions and feel home once again. Our next series begins on Wednesday nights, September 24 – November 19 at 7:00- 8:30 pm and meets in the School Media Center. You may register to attend, but we welcome ‘walk-ins.’ The main idea is to come. If you want to know the answers to any of the following questions, then this is the place for you to start your journey home:
•
If I have remarried or married someone who has been married before or if I am divorced without remarrying can I receive
the sacraments?
•
May I receive Holy Communion if I have been away and become a member and or participated in another denomination?
•
I need a ‘refresher’ course on the teachings of the Church. Will attending these sessions help answer my questions?
